Cool little printer, buggy software.

The software is awful, extremely buggy, gave out half a roll of labels just to make sure a label printed correctly. I was asking for updates every time I opened the app after pre-downloading and installing it. Also has no preview. Despite the size I wanted to use for this printer, I sent USPS, UPS labels first, it seems to work, I had to get the largest paper size but with all the errors and wastage of labels from a lot of trial and error and using the same template which worked great last time and then got an error is too time consuming and inefficient. Also, I needed a larger thermal printer that is portable and works via Bluetooth so I can use my phone with other thermal printer manufacturers like Brother, DYMO and Zebra that don't have as easy to use features and are behind the technology curve in 2020. Overall is this is a cool little printer, connected via bluetooth for the first time, but even with a small print size as the only acceptable compromise and workaround for this feature, I had to return this printer due to buggy software.

Pros
  • Easy connection with your smartphone. Just connect to your smartphone and your labels will be printed in no time! Bluetooth connectivity via the free PUQU printing app provides continuous support for Android and iOS. Save yourself the connection agony that so often plagues users of similar Bluetooth label manufacturers! I can't connect via WiFi.
Cons
  • I don't remember but something happened
