Review on MANGROOMER Lithium Yourself Electric Generation by April Smith

Firstly I had a MANGROOMER OF ANY GENERATION. The first generation lacked a battery. They added tremendous value when they switched the battery to lithium-ion (Ultimate Pro); This model has served me for more than 2 years! I had to buy a replacement head twice but it was worth it. Ultimate Pro finally died last week; he scarcely held a charge; no complaints, I've been working with him for over 2 years! This latest generation (New Lithium Max Plus+) retains the same Li-ion battery life and other features. Where this model unexpectedly suffers serious setbacks is what many have complained about, which is the WIDE head. It literally pulls hair out in a very painful and ineffective way. I'm one of the hairiest guys you'll ever see. My back is the hairiest part of my body. I used the WIDE head tirelessly and it was three times more painful than the previous generation. I couldn't believe it. I thought maybe the other reviewers didn't know what they were doing. However, they were ABSOLUTELY right. Fortunately, this model is backward compatible. This model allowed me to install a standard Ultimate Pro head. It worked wonderfully. The pain was manageable again. My advice to you is if you have a previous model and it works, DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL (New Lithium Max Plus+). Save money, or better yet, buy a new standard head. I am amazed at how the R&D team and their engineers allowed this product to come to market. I am shocked. Serious. This model has nothing to do with the market; they merely diminish their value in the eyes of customers. Take that product off the market, fix it, and sell a product that meets or exceeds your customers' expectations. Thank you for developing these products, they have improved my quality of life and I sincerely hope that the next generation of MANGROOMER will exceed our expectations.
