bought the 8 camera system model #N48PAW. Everything that was described was in the box and everything was packed very well. The only thing I didn't like was that the Cat5e cables were oval wound instead of round which would have made the installation a bit easier. Once the cameras were connected, the initial setup was a bit tricky when trying to connect the Annke Vision app to my system, but once I figured it out, the app proved very useful and easy to navigate. Overall it's a very good product for the price and every time I contact support they are very quick and usually reply within a day. Although it would be nice to have a number to call.
