Pros: One sponge lasted a little less than 2 months, there was no smell. Wiping performance is normal. Not good but good. Cons: Difficult to wash off leftover food that wasn't washed off immediately. You need to use more dishwashing liquid. However, the biggest problem for me is that small pieces are lost when using the sponge. by itself (you can see several of these pieces in the picture). That's why I keep seeing small pieces of blue silicone around my sink. And sometimes they got stuck washing the screens/filters and such. This made me a little worried about accidental use. But beyond that, I'm concerned about the environmental impact of small bits of silicone leaking into our waterways. (I'm not sure if they're effectively filtered out or dumped in the ocean.) So I won't be buying this again. I will look for a more eco-friendly sponge or a silicone sponge that will last longer.
