Review on 🔥 Dynomax Ultra Flo 17217 Exhaust Muffler: Unleashing Power and Efficiency! by Matthew Gonzales

I installed a Dynomax 17217 Ultra-Flo welded muffler on my 1966 Plymouth Barracuda Formula S (273 Commando V8) to upgrade an old Commando Replace turbo muffler which was rotted inside. It fitted perfectly but was much louder than the turbo muffler, hoarse and made an annoying hum around 1900rpm. Lost the nice deep tone of the original muffler. So I installed a Dynomax 24246 Race Bullet muffler in front of the 17217 muffler to use as a resonator (as recommended by Dynomax). It completely removed the hum and squeak and brought back the factory Commando turbo muffler, which sounds deep but is a little quieter for cruising. It's perfect to my ears, a nice low murmur at idle, a nice low purr when cruising and speaks when I step on it. I'm very happy with this setup, sounds better than ever. And since they're both stainless steel, I don't expect to work on an exhaust system again.
