Great customer service
The handle looks great. The installation required two people because of the length of the railing. There was a snafu in that the instructions said to insert the bracket and turn it clockwise to lock in place. (The picture in the instructions showed it as a counter clockwise turn.) I bent the locking mechanism on two of the brackets. The customer service rep was very apologetic saying they had discovered the error in the instructions a year ago and revised them but somehow I got a copy of the old, erroneous instructions. They sent five replacements which came within two days.
