I needed a monitor stand for my desk and didn't want to spend too much money. I was having trouble finding what I wanted so I decided to build one out of a piece of wood and these legs. They were easy to assemble and durable. I love how you can screw the base on and off to adjust the height if needed. This component is plastic, not metal, and is therefore the weakest/cheapest part of the legs. I would buy them with no intention of making them higher than the lowest height - I would only use this feature to make sure everything is level. Overall, they serve their purpose better than expected and fit my table well! Another note: The supplied screws do not sit completely flush. I can't see the bottom of my shelf when I'm sitting so it doesn't matter in my case, but if that's a problem you can use other screws.
