One of the best enamel protectors I've ever used. I'm not a dentist, but I have a degree (I do research) and this stuff works. Recommended by my dentist as I eat citrus fruits, drink fizzy drinks and generally worsen tooth enamel. It takes about 7-10 days to notice a change in tooth enamel due to increased tooth sensitivity. However, the clean, fresh and heavily minty sensation that lingers in the mouth after brushing is evident in seconds. It's strong but clean and works. I am on my 3rd probe and foresee long life of enamel with constant use of enamel. They also have a gel but I haven't used it that much and it's not minty. as fresh as this toothpaste. Highly recommended
