Review on 🧞 Genie Screw Drive Lube – Silent Operation Guaranteed with Recommended Garage Door Opener Lubricant (3 Pack) -GLU-R by Billy Mariner

I had a problem with a garage door that only opened halfway and then stopped. It was a ghost with a screw gear. I tried axle grease, which helped a little and smoothed the operation of the unit, but as it turned out, this ointment was simply not intended for this application and jammed the drive mechanism. I got some Lectra Motive CRC to clean the screw drive, then applied this lube as directed, rocked the door up and down once and now it works like a charm and the door operation has never been quieter. It's almost inaudible now which is a huge improvement, before I smeared this lube on a screwdriver it sounded like someone poking a hole in the house. I highly recommend this lube for the Genie Screw Driven Garage Door Opener and also recommend cleaning it well with a great solvent before applying the lube.
