Update my rating. After I submitted my review, customer service responded and sent me another bag and the unicorn seems to be much more durable. Very impressed with how quickly they contacted me to make it better. Original: My daughter was so excited to get this bag for our upcoming trip. It's very cute in person, but as soon as you take it out of the box you can see that it's cheaply made. And on the morning of the second day, when I have this bag, I already have to sew a unicorn. Not impressed with the price I paid. Although my 3 year old loves it.
