Excellent customer service and excellent tool
Very easy-to-use platform, great support team! Our organisation uses it for both managing our customers' data as well as tracking changes made by them over time (i e change of address/email). It's relatively new product so not all features are available yet but we've had no issues with anything thus far. I'd definitely recommend this software - very user friendly interface & clear instructions given when signing up how you can use their products effectively. We're solving two problems here at once in terms of keeping track of changing addresses across multiple contacts / clients. 1) Manage contact details efficiently2) Get notified if someone has updated something about themselves3) Keep records safe.

- Multiple platforms possible from same system; customer portal included which also includes client info that syncs into consentuam database via API integration where necessary
- Email alerts sent out upon account updates or email sendouts etc within application itself helps keep management staff more aware than simply only relying what is shown inside app dashboard alone.It really shows us whats going o nand lets managers know before they get back office calls regarding missed emails ect..:)
