Very easy-to-use platform, great support team! Our organisation uses it for both managing our customers' data as well as tracking changes made by them over time (i e change of address/email). It has helped me in various ways, one of them being how well it integrates with CRM platforms like Salesforce etc., which was not easy for us at first! If you are looking into having an easily managed way to manage user's consents then this will be perfect for you or your organisation as there isn't much out there similar too their platform/feature set (other than other providers). The ease of creating custom forms, the ability to add in-app purchase options, and the detailed reporting are all things I appreciate about this product.
