I am replacing an OEM that has broken for unknown reasons. That's about $140 cheaper than OEM. WIN! They really "look" the same. I couldn't find the manufacturer's name either. 3 hoses, 3 screws and a plug are easy to change, right? No, if you look closely after a failed installation, the mounting screw holes are so misaligned that you cannot fasten the front mounting screw before or after installing the top and bottom rear screws in any combination. Two holes fit in the back, the front one is slightly shifted up and forward by half the diameter of the bolt, increasing their distance from each other. There is an easy solution if you don't want to return it like I did. (It's Saturday, I want to go boating) But many things are said to be unacceptable and unnecessary in the future. Solution: Drill bigger holes, yes you can lose the brass bushings in this jig, but it will fit and get you on the water faster. Maybe this is a trade-off for not paying an overpriced OEM? I don't think where is the quality control these days. Will i buy it again? Depends how long it takes. Motors vibrate, it's hard to tell if this mod affected the integrity of this part.
