The first one I got didn't work at all and it was also missing parts so I returned it and got a replacement but that doesn't work either as Windows doesn't access the hard drive can . I formatted my hard drive by plugging it directly into the motherboard to make sure it's not a hard drive and putting it back in in case windows can't access it. This causes my computer to freeze. Don't waste your time with this rubbish.
