Review on 🧸 Melissa & Doug Developmental Toys: Fostering Responsibility, Novelty, and Gag Play by Drew Gengler

I have bought 2 of these in the last few months and we have all been excited to use them. We used them for a few days and thought it was a great idea, but there was one problem - the magnets kept falling off. Then I realized why; The tree on each board is warped! Each is a wooden frame with a magnetic surface attached inside. When the frames are crooked, the wood curves outward and is no longer flat, so the magnets just fall off. Very disappointing especially having bought 2 of these on 2 different occasions! Update 2 months later. After I wrote my first review, a company representative must have read it and sent me a message through Revain asking me to contact them. I did so and they apologized for their article and explained to me that a third party warehouse must have misstored the boards before I received them. They offered to replace 2 of my boards with new ones for free! They were nice, sweet and very polite. I am very impressed with their customer service and my confidence in them as a company has been restored! I couldn't be happier; If only all companies followed this approach! Thanks Melissa and Doug!
