Beautiful dress for a girl. So many compliments. We were asked if it was made to order. The skirt is more relaxed and less fluffy than in the photo. It's made of 2 layers of soft tulle over a satin petticoat and they hang and move beautifully. It was a bit small - my 5 year old in a size 6 dress matched a size 7-8 dress perfectly. The material doesn't stretch and she still has a bump - this dress was form fitting but not too tight in the middle.
