
Good for my purpose. As far as I can tell, it's pretty close to 54 inches of water - at least within an inch or two. I keep the pressure low, which I use to keep water out of the carp pond drain line during the winter. The pipes are above ground, keeping the water 54 inches below the surface of the pond where it won't freeze. The housing is not airtight and must therefore be protected from the weather. My outdoor use.
