I bought the house in June. The signal strength in my office is half that of anywhere else in the house. So instead of crawling around the attic trying to figure out where my coaxial cable was hiding in those pink cotton candy holders, I bought this Category 6 flat cable. I routed it high up along the living room wall, across the hall, and into my office. The cord is nice and flat so I can close my office door without worrying about the cord being pinched. I secured it with the supplied clamps and left the remaining 15 feet of cord neatly folded on one of my bookshelves (out of sight, out of memory). Now I really get what I pay for on my desktop. Now look at my speeds!
