I love the airflow feature but wish they were a little more durable. The scratch didn't affect the operation of the second batch but ok it was a plastic spatula! did you scratch the cover? It was a light biscuit. didn't even get stuck! I don't feel like it should have affected the finish, but there they are, contact scratches from plastic utensils.
