The speed (130 Mb/s) is normal - even higher than that of my old HDD (up to 100 Mb/s) connected via sata. The speed is certainly inferior to ssd, but it makes no sense even to compare. Like a truck and a sports car - different tasks. This drive is ideal for storing data that is not accessed very often. Not expensive and capacious storage to put things in order in the data stored on the computer and not clutter up fast ssds. Also suitable for use as a desktop computer disk. Which adds to its versatility. This is how I use it so far - I never turn it off - it goes into "sleep" mode itself if the system does not access it. In practice, there is no difference with disks that are connected via SATA.
