Review on 🧪 Benchtop LCR Meter Matrix MCR-5010: Accurate Digital Tester for Capacitance, Resistance, and Inductance 0.15% Accuracy 100Hz-10kHz by Victor Ceja

Hello! First of all, I would like to say that I originally ordered the MCR-5100 and accidentally received the MCR-5030, so the beginning of this experience was a bit difficult. All order information was correct and I confirmed I had not accidentally ordered the wrong one. I then ordered a replacement thinking the actual item would be supplied as the tech info on the order was MCR-5100. What is the probability that I got the wrong one again? When I contacted Revain they referred me to the seller. After a quick exchange with the seller it was determined that it was indeed a stock issue from Revain as it was shipped direct from the Revain facility and will take some time to rectify. So everything is going great here. The vendor, Matrix Technology, quickly rectified the situation by giving me a significantly reduced price for the MRC-5200 (almost close to the cost of the MCR-5100) that exceeded my original frequency requirements. Received it in the mail today and took some quick measurements on my reference inductors and resistors, all measurements were within the tolerances listed on the datasheet. So I am very happy with the product and would recommend it for the price and customer service. My only concern at the moment is finding the RS232 and/or GPIB command set for remote communication. There was no information in the box. We hope the customer service continues to impress. Have a nice day!
