Very responsive to needs from initial consultation through implementation; very professional throughout our relationship—even past after we completed work with them! Team at OBT worked hard for us, really took their time understanding problems/goals of agency leadership staff members & taking steps needed (took over 2 months) during COVID-19 pandemic before they did anything!! Still working out issues 1 year later when there’s so much going wrong around here due to new CIO coming across as totally incompetent compared w/ team already established within organization. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly people to work with. I can't think of anything negative at this time. The team has done so much for me it's hard to remember them all! We have been able to increase our productivity by over 50% within 3 months of working together. Our organization was having issues getting information from multiple systems into one place. Now we're able to see everything related to business performance (costs/invoices) across multiple programs in real-time.
