Review on 🔧 Fluval Straight Fan Blades Impeller Cover - Compatible with Fluval 3/404-3/405 Models by Leticia Ellis

Too bad the Fluval 404 is such a great filter. I keep replacing those stupid impeller caps because the clips keep clicking and not holding the impeller in place resulting in loss of water pressure and a terrible clicking noise. But Fluval is so good that I always buy these things by the dozen and replace them when they break. This is definitely a design flaw. I have 3 of these in my 150g tank and each has had this part break multiple times during its lifetime. Same break, same place. every time The pressure on the impeller is too high, the clamp loosens and CLACK! clamp breaks. These parts are getting harder and harder to find and I'm afraid that if I can't find this part anymore I'll end up replacing my 404s. It's gonna be a sad day.
