It's SOFT, the curls are soft and gorgeous
Due to thinning hair and treatment for scalp cancer, my hair has not been permed in at least 3 years. Did this with no problems. No strong scent and gentle on my scalp. The curls are soft and voluminous, which is exactly what I wanted. I am 76 years old and made it myself. No curls at the ends of the hair. Will use again.
