Review on Efficient Stainless Steel Meat Baller by Norpro: Create Perfect Meatballs Effortlessly by Mike Griffin

Okay, must I admit that I can't make perfectly round meatballs? I have a feeling it's either my recipe or the fact that they fall apart in the pan for some weird reason. This little instrument is life, I say! I form my meatballs and then put them in the fridge for about 15 minutes before pan frying them and they hold such a perfect shape as the meatballs you see in restaurants, they are perfectly round. Another + about this item is the meatball recipe on the back of the box. Didn't try it but thought it was cool that it was included.
