Yes, it’s a complete set with many items and it’s cheap. It’s very cheap. The husking board doesn’t have enough pins and less then other companies selling the board separately in good qualities and tools. The paper is junk once you try Quilled Creations, Little Circles, etc paper strips. This paper rips easily under any pressure or tight quilling.Do yourself a favor and buy a couple good quality tools periodically as needed. They are inexpensive and soon you’ll have everything you need. This is a cheap, fun hobby if you have the correct materials.
