I like how we are able help our clients understand their customers better by using data insights from social media platforms. It's helpful for us as well since it helps in understanding what works best when creating content or campaigns for different channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram ads etc. Sometimes there is not much room left after allocating budget so sometimes you end up having to make compromises but this tool does give flexibility if need be. The only thing which can improve would be more customization options especially during creation process. Overall an amazing experience! We have been solving problems related to customer engagement through analytics reports and helping create effective marketing strategies via user behavior analysis across multiple social media networks (Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter).
