I received my ETRAK yesterday Saturday 15th November 2014. Alzheimer's outbreak, wear it. I liked that he works for Verizon, which we already do business with. However, I just tried to login to their website but it is NOT ACCESSIBLE. I tried emailing them and the email was returned. I tried calling her (1.800.279.1261) but THE PHONE IS OFF. Hmmmmmmmm. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I'll keep trying today and see what happens. If not, I will send it back as soon as possible.
