Perfect for audio cables

They fit my 2.5mm jacks perfectly. Some reviewers complained that soldering the center pin melted the connection. This did not happen with the one I tested, which turned out to be perfect. Although the tab didn't want to accept the solder the way I expected. I use a high quality temperature controlled soldering iron. Perhaps the melting can be explained by a soldering iron that is too hot or held on the pencil for too long.
