For what this sensor does, which is pretty much everything, it's a really big deal - as long as it lasts. The reason for removing the star is that out of the box it could not be connected to my Schrader valve electric air pump. . None of the supplied accessories can be adapted to this pump. I had to do some research and buy an adapter that, while not a perfect match for this gauge thread, does the job of pumping. So I'll keep the pressure gauge for now. I would strongly recommend including such an adapter in the kit, even if it adds a bit to the price.
