On Christmas Sunday, as the preacher was about to deliver his message, a strong wind blew out of the transformer and the church outside fell power off. Luckily I just bought one of these lights and as you can see it was bright and the battery life is amazing. I first used one of these in Africa where there is no electricity - we would put 2-4 of these and could light up the whole village and the batteries would take a long time to run out. Now I have 2 of these and the missionary who spoke in this picture has at least 4. For this picture I had to use the diffuser that came with the device but I was looking in the dark for the lamp I just got bought . . as we didn't expect the power to go out. We also use a lamp with a colored diffuser to illuminate the scene in the manger during the service. It applies to every service throughout the Christmas season. I love the tester on the back that you can press and it tells you how much battery life you have. (These photos were lit with light - I didn't use a diffuser because most of the time we needed BRIGHT LIGHT. So turning it off and using a diffuser will improve the video. We just needed a lot of light in each of these cases, so I did not trying to get a "professional" " video or photo)
