The packaging that the product came in was frayed and torn in places. When I pulled out the hard case and opened it up, I saw that the foam had to be cut differently than the picture by the customer. That suits me at the moment. As I laid my Oculus Quest 2 and controllers on the foam to start marking the dimensions for cutting, I saw that the case itself was too small. At this point I had a problem. Upon examining the box more closely, I saw that it was broken in a number of places, including the handle bracket. Overall I am very disappointed that I was shown one and sent the other. I'm also unhappy with the quality of the hard case that was supposed to hold and keep my $400.00 electronics safe. return as soon as possible.
