I ordered this for a kitchen project and once installed it lasted 3 months before it broke. Also, it was easy to use since it was used in the Airbnb department where guests usually go sightseeing and don't cook much. The product's one-year warranty requires me to pay shipping to and from their repair provider across the coast in New York at a cost almost the price of the product, weighs 14 pounds, and measures 21 x 15 x 3 inches. This is an insanely expensive FedEx/UPS package. Bought a replacement from another company. Will no longer buy Nutrichef products.
