I love this pan! I had a similar one but it was big and bulky and just a nuisance to use and clean. This is the perfect size. Large enough to cook a small turkey or a whole chicken, but also great for regular dinners. And super easy to clean! This is my new version of the pan! take it while you can Especially on the eve of the holidays.
