Review on 🚗 Sony XAV-AX8000 1DIN Chassis 8.95-Inch Floating LCD Screen Media Receiver with Apple Car Play, Android Auto, and Bluetooth by Justin Guldin

I have an 87 Ford Econoline converted for off-road/landing. I've been looking for 1 din screen units for a long time trying to find something that will fit on my van's dashboard. The space is tight and the range is perfectly vertical with a ledge at the top. Super uncomfortable. But this radio was perfect and I couldn't be happier. Words cannot express how unique this product is. I haven't found anything else that tries to provide dynamic screen mounts yet. Thankfully, Sony has also made a generally good radio. Pros: - Clean and efficient interface - Good sound quality - Cutting-edge features including Android Auto and Apple Carplay via USB - Amazingly customizable display mount - Bright and responsive touchscreen - Decent USB connectivity features Cons: - I don't have an XM, and I'd like to remove the menu icon , but can't figure out why the parking brake cable was relevant. Android Auto requires a parking brake to be set up before you can set it up. I haven't had working parking brake wiring in decades. If you're in the same situation, you just want to ground that wire.
