Review on 🧽 KleenKover Reverse Temporary Carpet Protection by David Dreher

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Awkward to lay flat but impenetrable

Painted several rooms. This thing is very difficult to remove, but once it falls, good luck ruining the carpet underneath unless you're painting in wedges. Stairs, shoes, nothing seems to have pierced it except for a sharp edge designed to cut/penetrate. I highly recommend putting this product on the carpet with a helper. It loves to curl up and stick to itself and good luck with the weight loss. However, that's what I expect from a product like this, so I can't really disagree. Another tip: don't try to achieve perfect edges with just this product. You should stock up on very wide (1.5β€³) masking tape and use it to seal the edges near the drywall. It's cheaper in terms of money and frustration. Use this product to protect 95% of the inside of your carpet. I like laying it out so there's a little more stuffing under the drywall edge, but that's tricky unless you lay the edges at a 45 degree angle and have the perfect amount of rigidity so they don't stick to themselves . Doors and closets can be a problem. Just do your best and maybe go a short way or two through the hole to close the ugly edges. and seal the edge of the case with tape.
