My wife changed engines in her jeep and the replacement engine she got had a guide bearing. She rented a puller from O'Reillys, a two-finger puller, and a heavy-duty slide hammer. Even with a little finesse, the puller didn't get behind the bearing. So we ordered this set and I can only say that it served its purpose, everything fitted perfectly. I was surprised that it held up to the abuse I put it through that the bearing wasn't clamped properly there. Great product for the price!
