Beats Waiting 12 Weeks for Simply Mac to Replace -- and $100 Cheaper

I was skeptical -- having been burned with grey market products -- but this battery is great. Charges quickly and holds the charge. Brilliant after the last six months with an aging 2014 battery. Installation took 15 minutes. Watch the video and it's dead easy. This battery costs about $50 or so. Simply Mac wanted $130 for the battery and $40 to put it in (again, all of 15 minutes work). Plus, they were sending it to Apple and said it would take 12 weeks. This purchase was a no-brainer.

I bought this about a month ago and wanted to test it out before I reviewed it. First, it was very easy to change out the old battery and replace it with this Egoway battery. I''d never opened up a laptop before, but it was way easier than I thought it would be and the tools provided with the battery served me well. I read some reviews that the tools were too poorly made to work well, but I did not have that issue. The battery charged up well and has been working as a battery should for the past month. I recommend this Egoway battery.
