My son loved these, but there were 2 things I didn't like about them: 1. The Velcro didn't stay closed in the water. They are water shoes. Why is the Velcro not cooperating in the water. We were in salt water, which might have made a difference.2. The inner layer comes out when he took his feet out, and it's not the easy to put it back in when the shoes are wet.Overall, they are fun, but they got a bit annoying while my son was trying to play. He ended up taking them off.
