I am a long time runner, and at 68 years old, that means a lot of miles and a lot of wear and tear on the ol' body! I am coming back to the Altra Paradigm because I have read, and I am experiencing, that the low drop design of the Altras are beneficial in lessening the discomfort of my aching knees!
