I was able to see each of my clients' information in order from when they signed up until after their death date as well all other details that are gathered during our meetings together.
Also very helpful is how it keeps track or notes about who has been contacted already so there's no chance we forget anyone! The only thing i dislike sometimes is not being updated at some points but thats because its usually due to lack communication between us rather than anything else - just work harder next time ;) If you're looking into this type of service then definitely go ahead give them try first before deciding otherwise- benefits include knowing exactly where your client stands/is going through which makes me feel more comfortable giving advice (which helps everyone). Knowing everything down to dates etc means less confusion especially if things aren't documented properly beforehand like most people do now days.

It really helped with tracking every single detail for both myself personally, along side one another team member whom had similar problems previously using an excel spreadsheet manually keeping tabs individually without any help whatsoever.also having access anytime anywhere whenever needed whether by phone call email text message whatever works best;) Even though im still relatively new compared others here working within ezy since November 2018 however am enjoying everyday learning
