I had a similar version of this game as a kid and this one isn't far off. A downside to this version, however, is that it doesn't break everything up into 5-yard increments like the old version did. You actually have to count from every yard line, and that's frustrating when you're trying to figure out what a 15-yard penalty from the 27-yard line means on the very small board you're given. The game can be fun in the sense that it can change with each toss, but ultimately it's the game you jump into when the kids are really bored or when the adults want a party game other than beer pong.
