Works well and is fairly easy to assemble. The only complaint, as others have said, is that the mounting screw heads aren't big enough and can't "grip" the sides of the bay, so I had to use washers to install them. The light is very bright as mentioned by the reviewers. in front of me but it doesn't bother me at all since I have my own office space in my house. See pictures showing brightness. The first is the camera directly in front of the light source, the second shows how far the light travels. The quality is excellent. All of the card slots and the USB port work, but the USB port is what I would call "upside down". When you plug in a flash drive, the drive's status indicator always faces the floor instead of the ceiling, and the built-in USB ports on my case face the other way.
