Review on Walker 22000 Quiet Flow Stainless Muffler by Andrew Dickens

9/27/18 Received Walker 22000 Quiet-Flow 'Stainless Steel' muffler yesterday. According to the muffler shop installer (Budget Muffler, Candler, NC.) it is not "stainless steel" as your ad clearly advertises. He said it was a good silencer. but not SS. Says it's "aluminized" steel. I decided to proceed with the installation. I wondered if it was SS when I opened the box. More of a matte finish than a glossy polished finish. It also had to have 2 1/2" pipes on both ends. Instead they were 2 3/8". The shop owner could modify the new link pipes so this is not a problem. Muffler shop wrong?
