STABILicers Run Deliver - Big Time

Watch my attached video. My typical daily running distance is 5.5 or 7.5 miles depending on how much time I have. I'm running the Lake Trail in Hyde Park, Chicago. The day is the same as today, 15 degrees, sunny morning - the sidewalks leading from my house to the trail were patchy - somewhere clean and dry, somewhere with ice floes. On the track - some have to run on tarmac - again a mix of ice conditions, some on icy snow. I use size M STABILices instead of Merrell's Bare Access XRT Shield size 7.5. First I ordered size S but I couldn't adjust it to fit the sole. If you're using an Astra, I doubt the STABILicers will fit due to the Altra's wide toe box (doesn't fit my Lone Peak 4.5 in size 75). icy conditions. They feel comfortable on asphalt and on icy snow. Most importantly they don't slip and I feel completely secure. The spikes are big and flat and so far there have been no signs of breakage and I haven't lost them. Really great product and if you roller skate in similar conditions and worried about slipping on ice give these a try. I'm glad I found her.
