Cute but mismatched and poor performance! Today we had our first snowfall in New York, so it's time to try these boots on! Okay, let me get back to the ordering process first. I first ordered a large size according to the measurement instructions but when I received the boots they were very large so I went back and bought a medium size. The boots are designed very cute and stylish but when I tried to put them on my dog I couldn't get his paws in. Of course she didn't want to get up while I dressed her, that made it harder too. I straightened her out as soon as she got up and we started walking through the snow. In less than two minutes, the front paws began to shift and slip off. I had to stop several times in the middle of the snow to adjust and tighten my front shoes. Very pushy. I have to say the velcro is very strong which I like, but the boot itself doesn't fit at all. The medium seems too big for their front paws. I kept having to stop and adjust, stop and adjust to keep the boot from falling all the way off. It was exhausting! They didn't fare well in the mud either. Paws are still wet. At one point I wanted to remove them completely and expose them. I love the idea of wearing booties in the snow to protect her paws from the salt. However, based on today's experience, I'm not sure I'll use it again. They're trendy and cute, but I need them to function, which is a failure.
