Review on 🔪 Tojiro DP Santoku Knife 6.7" (17cm) by Samantha Hudson

This is a really good knife for the money. It offers a sharp hair shave and is made with a VG-10 steel core so it should stay sharp for a long time. In addition, it has excellent balance and is designed to be more comfortable to grip with the right hand, but can also be used with the left hand. The only downside are very small blemishes, which can easily be overlooked for this price range due to other qualities and a significantly lower price than comparable knives (Shun, Mac, Masahiro, Global, etc.). The only minuses in particular: 1. Small defects near the roller on one side (picture attached)2. 1 very small dent on back 3. 1 small dent on back. Cones #2 and #3 were lightly smoothed with Shapton 12000 waterstone and 3 minutes work.
