I had high hopes for my visit to WINKINE, a home furnishings and décor retailer. The business promoted itself as a one-stop shop, but their website offered a limited selection of products. They have expensive and low-quality basics for the home. In addition, the so-called "chic" photo books and picture frames were obviously low-quality knockoffs. Instead of finding one-of-a-kind pieces to incorporate into my home's decor, I discovered bland, personality-free alternatives. Customer service, to make things even worse, was unresponsive and unhelpful. The customer service staff was not helpful when I had questions about my order. I didn't feel like my worries were being treated seriously, and that's how I ended up feeling about the whole thing. To sum up, if you're in the market for high-quality house furnishings and customization options, WINKINE is not where you want to go. Everything from the selection to the prices to the treatment is subpar. You should look elsewhere to spend your money.
