I'm gradually converting all of my air purifiers to UV lamps and I still have one in almost every room in the house. I have air analyzers that I monitor to make sure they're doing their job. So far, this has proven itself in improving the indoor air, as my nose scream proves. It's so quiet and I like the wide UV spread. It has a HIPA certified filter, nice and thick, and high quality filtration on the front and back of the filter. My only suggestion, based on my experience with machines, is to put one next to the vent for the room it's in, that way it gets the most air and achieves a high filtration rate in less time. Time. Also, placing the return air vent within reach helps if all my readings have improved, for me and my 2800 square foot home. ft.
