Flimsy, uncomfortable strap

I purchased this because it’s the right size to carry on an allegiant flight. I’m just waiting for the strap to pull off the bag. It’s flimsy and narrow so it cuts into my shoulder. It’s cute, I’ll have to use it only when the bag is really light and it defeats the purpose of a travel bag for me so I’ll be looking for something similar but sturdier.
